Hottest New Subdivisions Found in Dallas

Finding the right community when moving to Dallas is very important. You want to get settled in and enjoy your new home quickly. With the way the DFW area continues to expand, it’s important to look at the hottest new subdivisions found throughout Dallas.

Oak Park Gardens

The Heights at Oak Lawn


Those seeking a downtown community with plenty of luxury and convenience will enjoy living at The Heights at Oak Lawn. The community includes 14, three-story homes with plenty of unique architectural elements, easy access to the city and plenty of living space. Homes range from 1,813 to 2,335 square feet and provide one of the top locations in the city.

Villas at Kimsey Place


Another very hot community, Villas At Kimsey Place provides three-story, single-family homes in the Oak Lawn neighborhood close to UT Southwestern, The Medical District and Dallas Love Field. Residents living here are close to top attractions, Inwood/Love Field Dart Station, and plenty of entertainment and so much more.
