Bishops Arts Expanding With 3 Luxury Projects

bishopartssign_Three luxury townhome projects are currently underway in the Bishop Arts District area.

Bishop Arts Melba Townhomes

Found adjacent to a massive development of apartments and shops from the Nazerian family, this project included demolishing homes on Melba at Bishop. The Bishop Arts Melba Townhomes will provide two-story homes with private garages and roof decks. The home will be about 2,250 square feet in size and they are expected to start at around $450K.

melba-bishopThese spacious townhomes provide three bedrooms with two-and-one-half bathrooms. Each home has a two-car garage, stainless steel appliances, a fire place in both the master bedroom and the living room and a rooftop patio. Some units include an optional outdoor kitchen.

Green space is found outside of each unit, while an energy-efficient Climate Control System is found inside each unit. The rooftop decks cover around 400 to 500 square feet, providing the perfect area for entertaining. Each unit also feature eight-foot tall windows and multiple balconies.

Larkspur’s Elsbeth Townhomes

Found at the corner of Elsbeth and Neely, the groundwork for these walk-up townhomes has already begun. They are expected to provide a design embracing the history and character of the Bishop Arts District with black windows and red brick patterns.

These townhomes are expected in the Fall of 2017 with 16 total units. The interior will include plenty of living space with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, oak wood floors and plenty of natural light. Large rooftop terraces will be a part of every unit with beautiful views of the natural terrain. Four of the units will also provide incredible views of downtown Dallas.


Tenth and Adams Modern Townhomes

10th-and-adamsAnother project is underway after the demolishing of an office building on the corner of Tenth and Adams. This project will provide 17 total homes all standing three stories tall with about 2,300 square feet of living space and rooftop patios.

The homes will also provide two-car garages, a study on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the third floor and the dining and living areas on the second floor. They are expected to start around $440K when they hit the market.
